Only a few more days until the new Michael Penn album comes out: Mr. Hollywood, Jr. 1947. It's my favorite concept album since Ok Computer. Sadly, he was unable to get the rights to the painting that he wanted to use for the cover. Ironically, after an extensive search he found the artists family, only to discover that the artist, Raymond Lark, had passed away the week before. Here's the cover as it should have been:
